Refund Conditions

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The software does not work as described on the product page
  • You have not downloaded or activated the license
  • A technical issue our support team cannot resolve

Non-refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after license activation
  • More than 7 days after purchase date
  • Violation of terms of service
